Participant Eligibility & Agreement

I am a Military member, Veteran, First Responder, or an adult friend or family member of a Military member, Veteran, or First Responder who has been referred for this adventure.

I have read all of Blue Side Adventures' booking conditions on the website and in the specific trip itinerary. I understand that the $500 adventure down payment is non-refundable and is required to complete the booking. Final payments are due no later than 60 days before the adventure start date.

Required Insurance

I understand that I am required to purchase trip insurance that includes coverage for medical expenses, helicopter evacuation, high altitude rescue evacuation and trip cancellation.

Assumption of Risk & Liability

I understand that driving, trekking, walking, climbing, water sports, mountaineering, and other adventure activities in the remote parts of the Himalaya mountains carry inherent risks due to altitude, mountain conditions, difficult terrain, and natural disasters.

Safety is our top priority, but the risk of minor to serious injury, or even death, is possible. By booking this trip, I understand and accept this risk. I agree that Blue Side Adventures will not be held liable for any personal injury, including death, that results from activities on this adventure.
