  By signing up, you agree to the following:

  • Deposit and Payment: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. The final balance is due 30 days before the event starts and is also non-refundable at that time.
  • Rescue Insurance: Rescue insurance is mandatory for all participants. You must provide proof of coverage. We highly recommend and are partnered with Global Rescue, but if you choose another provider, your policy must cover emergency air ambulance/helicopter rescue services, medical expenses, and trip cancellation.
  • Physical Readiness: This is a demanding high-altitude trek. You must be in excellent physical condition and capable of undertaking this adventure.
