A Cinematic Documentary Short · Filming Oct 2026
What the
Wind Carries
Fourteen women veterans. One journey home — from
the snowfields of Everest Base Camp to the quiet
recalibration of a nervous system after service.
Beyond the summit,
the long walk home.
In October 2026, Blue Side Adventures will lead an all-women's expedition of veterans and first responders to Everest Base Camp. But the true mission isn't reaching the peaks — it's documenting the journey home.
For too many women warriors, the story of their service is erased by homecoming. What the Wind Carries captures the raw, transformative reality of recalibrating the nervous system after a life of service — archiving a legacy of resilience for generations to come.
